About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to build scalable, high-performance AI models that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions
- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference
- Work on supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, or computer vision use cases
- Evaluate, tune, and improve model performance
- Deploy models into production and collaborate with MLOps teams
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Document models, experiments, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
- Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Knowledge of SQL and data handling techniques
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments
Good to Have
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization
