Cancellation:
- Users can cancel their course registration within 24 hours of payment by contacting support@eazygurus.com.
- Cancellation requests after class commencement will not be entertained.
Refund Policy:
- 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours and before course access is given.
- No refunds after course material is accessed or sessions are attended.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., trainer issues, technical problems), partial refunds may be considered.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
